How can I book a ride with LC Travel ?
The easiest way to book a ride with us through our website www.daytriplondon.com. However you can book with us through phone, Whatsapp, Email etc.

We have taken bookings 24 hours before the journey. The same day booking please call us to check availability. However we recommend giving yourself as much time as possible and booking as soon as you can, to guarantee your allocation.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and also bank transfers. And we could only accept cash with customers who has booked with us before without any cancellation history.

We can arrange payments via bank transfer and for repeat clients you will have the option to pre-top up.

We have vehicles with different number of seats, normally from 5 to 9 seats.

Whatever price you quote through our online booking system, the prices are fixed and transparent, with no hidden fees or surcharges. However, we reserve the right to adjust the prices in case of unexpected circumstances, such as road closures,or changes to the itinerary.

 

Tip is not included in the price, but it is customary to tip the chauffeur 10-20% of the total fare, as you wish.

Return journeys are discounted, you can quote the price through our online booking system.

There is no age limit for children traveling with us, but we recommend using appropriate child seats or booster seats, which we can provide upon request, additional fee may apply.

Yes, this is possible but there will be adjustments to the cost based on the deviation from the original journey.

We provide bottle of water in our vehicles, however, smoking of all kind of cigarettes and cigars is strictly prohibited in all of our vehicles.

Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by the chauffeur and the client.
